Training: Learn how to perform a SWOT analysis

Whether you’re in a corporate or academic environment, or even in a volunteer job, you face a competitive environment where money and resources are scarce. We’d like to share an easy planning tool for team participation and engagement: SWOT analysis.

SWOT stands for strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. You can do a simple SWOT analysis in 60 minutes to help you focus your attention on the specific success factors that are right for your team.

Join Leslie Wolf and Lena Zentall for an interactive workshop to learn how to do a SWOT analysis on Thursday, Feb. 24, 12 – 1 p.m., in Room 12322, Franklin Building.

To enroll, log in to the UC Learning Center at http://www.ucop.edu/ucoplearningcenter/ with your UCOP user name and password. Search for “SWOT” and click “register,” then submit.
