Please submit your first online time sheet by March 7

The Time Reporting System (TRS), UCOP’s new system for secure, online time reporting and timesheet submission, is now in effect for non-represented employees.

You can access the TRS and support materials on UCOP’s BRC website or on UCLA’s Time Reporting System (TRS) Resources website (that’s because UCLA processes payroll for UCOP employees).

Your first timesheet through the TRS, for February 2012, is due on Friday, March 9, as previously reported; but please submit your timesheet to your department approver by Wednesday, March 7, to allow time for processing.

The process is quick and easy. To access your personalized timesheet and time management interface, simply click on the TRS Login button above the employee information section and sign in to the UCOP system with your usual login and password. Then click the appropriate link for your timesheet, depending on whether you are an employee or supervisor.

Note that employees in collective bargaining units will not be using the TRS; there are some other exceptions that will be communicated directly to those employees who are affected.
