Annual medical plan satisfaction survey launched
UC Human Resources wants to know what you think about your university-sponsored medical plan.
To that end, HR launched its annual medical plan satisfaction survey on Monday, May 4. This year more than 32,000 randomly selected faculty, staff and retirees (as well as their spouses or domestic partners) enrolled in a UC-sponsored plan are being asked to provide feedback. Retirees enrolled in Medicare plans will not receive the survey.
UC uses the feedback to help with planning and shaping offerings for future years.
The survey takes roughly 20 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and confidential.
Faculty and staff with a work email address on file will receive an email from University of California Human Resources (email@example.com) with a link to the survey. The email will also include a username and pin that you must enter on the survey website.
Those without work email addresses will receive a survey package in the mail with a paper survey and login information so they can either submit the paper questionnaire or go online to complete the survey.
DSS Research is administering the survey and tabulating the results for UC. The results will be available in late October prior to Open Enrollment.
