Forage for edible weeds in Oakland with New York Times food writer Mark Bittman in the premiere episode of “California Matters,” a new video series produced by the Berkeley Food Institute and UC that explores food, sustainable agriculture, policy and health.
I love this video–especially the footage and interviews at that weedy farm in Sonoma County. Wow–great to see what Mark Bittman is up to now that he is in California. Yay for UC!
