Purple Thursday

On Thursday, Oct. 20, make a fashion statement that really says something: Wear purple clothing to honor victims and support survivors of domestic violence. This year marks the 11th annual observance of Purple Thursday, the awareness day launched by the DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence that’s now gone national.

We are inviting the UCOP community to support the Purple Thursday activity organized by the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence by wearing or displaying purple and sharing a photo using the hashtag #PurpleThursday.
