Office of the General Counsel (OGC) 31st Annual Bake Sale raises over $4,000 for charity

A big thank you to the Office of General Counsel (OGC) bake sale committee and all OGC staff responsible for the success of the 31st Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Bake Sale, Raffle and Silent Auction, as well as everyone who supported the event with their purchases and donations.
This year OGC raised $4,419.50 for charity. Proceeds will be donated to the following three local non-profits:
First Place for Youth: $1,988.77
Clausen House: $1,988.78
East Bay SPCA: $441.95
First Place for Youth: A Northern California–based organization founded in 1998, First Place for Youth provides affordable housing and other support to former foster youth and is a national model for programs supporting high-risk youth.
Clausen House: The charity provides housing, wellness programs and advocacy for developmentally disabled adults in Oakland and the surrounding East Bay area.
East Bay SPCA: This non-profit is dedicated to the welfare of cats and dogs by preventing cruelty, neglect and overpopulation.
