Did you receive a Staff Engagement Survey? Please complete it by June 2

A random sample of UC staff were sent the biennial Staff Engagement Survey during the week of May 15. If you were one of the staff members who received a survey invitation, we hope you’ll take the time to complete it by the deadline of Friday, June 2.
Sponsored by the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) and Systemwide Human Resources, this pulse survey of randomly selected policy-covered staff is an opportunity to voice your opinion on the current state of career development, communication, engagement, organizational change, performance management, supervision and working relationships at this location. For the 2015 survey, UCOP had a 50 percent return rate. We’d like to increase that number!
The survey is completely confidential. Individual responses to the survey and personally identifying information will not be shared with UC. The aggregated results of all responses will be reviewed by your CUCSA delegates (members of OP Staff Assembly), along with the local Culture, Engagement and Diversity team, which will communicate results to OP staff, and plan or support activities to improve employee engagement at UCOP.
