UCOP Season of Gratitude: Donations, gratitude-grams and a celebration this Thursday

This week continues the Season of Gratitude at UCOP with donation drives and “gratitude-grams” plus our End-of-Year Celebration on Thursday, Dec. 14.
Show your gratitude to your colleagues
Through Dec. 15, you can send a “gratitude-gram” to any other UCOP staff member expressing gratitude and appreciation for who they are and the contributions they make to UCOP. The “gratitude-gram” station will be in the Franklin lobby every day from 12 to 1 p.m. You can fill out a card on the spot or pick a few up and drop them off later. UCOP elves will deliver your card, along with a candy cane, during the week of Dec. 18.
Donate to local non-profit organizations
UCOP staff are also invited to give back to our community. Donation bins benefitting different local organizations have been set up on various floors of the Franklin building as follows:
UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital: Floor 5
Alameda County Food Bank: Floors 6, 7, 9 and 10
East Bay Children’s Book Project: Floor 8
Hopalong Animal Rescue: Floor 12

Come to the End-of-Year Celebration
All UCOP staff is invited to our annual End-of-Year Celebration which will be held:
Date: Thursday, Dec. 14
Time: 2:30 to 4 p.m.
Location: President’s Conference Room, Lobby 1 and Conference Room 5320 in the Franklin building
Thanks to the generosity of UCOP leadership and management staff, a variety of delicious treats will be available for you to enjoy at the locations listed above. Mix and mingle with your colleagues while you celebrate the hard work you’ve done in 2017!
