Join the Project Management Interest Group (PMIG) and the Business Analyst Affinity Group (BAAG) for a presentation on project deliverables.
IT Project Manager Dede Bruno will be the speaker and will lead a presentation that focuses on exploring what a project deliverable is and is not, and how project deliverables are used to create a project work breakdown structure. It will feature a hands-on exercise that comprises the first step in developing the work breakdown structure of a project schedule.
