Simplify registration for your visitors at the Franklin building: Use iVisitor

Simplify security registration process for your guests at 1111 Franklin by pre-registering their names at iVisitor. By entering guests’ name(s), who they will be visiting and the location of their meetings into the iVisitor system in advance, a printed badge can quickly be provided when they check in at the security desk.

Pre-registration also enhances building security by providing a record of expected visitors and allowing security staff to focus on ensuring a safe and positive environment for employees and their guests.

The iVisitor system can notify you via email when your guests arrive and when they leave the building and allows you to enter any special instructions that should be conveyed to security staff.

iVisitor is available for use by all UCOP employees. If you are not already signed up, contact the Work Management Center at buildingservices@ucop.edu or 510-987-0600 for a user name and password.
