WW workshops help you get fit with your colleagues

Brace yourselves: Summer is coming! As the weather gets warmer and the days longer, now is the perfect time to tackle your health and fitness goals. Consider joining your fellow UCOP employees for weekly WW (Weight Watchers) sessions, conveniently held at UCOP in Oakland.

Attending weekly meetings at work gives me inspiration and new ideas to adopt a healthier lifestyle; encouragement to make daily choices to reach my goals and a sustained focus on new, healthier habits that make me feel great,” says Jenn Bejaka, ITS project coordinator.

WW welcomes everyone who seeks to make progress on wellness related goals — including losing weight, eating better, moving more and developing a positive mindset — and will present science-based programs, tools and experiences to help you reach them.

“WW Freestyle has changed my life. As a mother who works in a profession that focuses on taking care of others, I have been conditioned to put everyone else’s needs before mine. On my WW journey, I have learned to put myself firstby making healthier choices and nurturing a new love affair, with myself!” says Keena Tracyexecutive assistant.
