Free speech on campus

Student Affairs is thrilled to announce that on August 26, it will welcome Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of Berkeley Law and co-author of “Free Speech on Campus.” In 2017, Dean Chemerinsky was named the most influential person in legal education in the United States by The National Jurist magazine.

Dean Chemerinsky’s talk will focus on the evolution of free speech at UC and other institutions nationwide. Afterward, guests are invited to participate in an audience question and answer session. Student Affairs will also raffle several books by the author for those in attendance.
