UCPath coming to UCOP in November

On Nov. 30, the Office of the President will be the first UC location to transition to UCPath, the university’s new shared services center that consolidates systemwide payroll, benefits, human resources and academic personnel transactions. Here are some key things you need to know.

Important information about upcoming changes to the UCOP Time Reporting System

UCOP’s Time Reporting System will be upgraded during October and November as part of UCOP’s transition to UCPath later this year. During this time, employees and managers must submit and approve employee timesheets according to a specific schedule.

Office 365 migration under way

By Oct. 18, all UCOP users will be using the new email and calendaring system. ITS is providing detailed instructions for configuring all of your platforms and will host several brown bags to answer questions.

Don’t lose your vacation time! Plan a leave now

UC policy limits vacation leave, and when you reach the limit, you lose any additional time you’re earning. If you’re close to your cap, use your vacation soon.
