Brown Bag: Caregiver Challenges, Roles and Responsibilities

This workshop, led by guest speaker Maureen Kelly from the UC Berkeley Elder Care Program, will focus on specific challenges related to caring for an older adult, including roles and responsibilities of the caregiver and other family members; the caregiver-care receiver relationship; expectations you and others have of you; and feeling responsible but not having control.  Strategies for self-care will be shared, and resources will be provided.

This brown bag is the first in a new speaker series on Health and Wellness sponsored by the President’s Advisory Council on the Status of Women (PACSW).
