Are you a new employee or recent transfer to UCOP? Are you having difficulty figuring out your Jabber phone? Do you have IT questions such as how to get started with your Outlook email and calendar?
Have you worked at UCOP for a few months (or even a few years) but still feel confused about the difference between Office 365 Client and Outlook Web Application (OWA)? Are you storing your documents on your computer’s desktop instead of on the P drive? Did you even know there is a P drive?
To help you with these and any other technical questions you have, UCOP offers an IT Orientation every Tuesday. All staff are welcome to attend.
