Office Yoga for every body

Join a certified Office Yoga™ instructor and member of the OP Asian Pacific Islander Staff Association (APISA) for a yoga flow, incorporating pranayama (breath work), meditation, music, and a sequence syncing breath with movement. Office Yoga is designed for practice at a conference table, at your desk or any open area, with minimal floor contact.
Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome! No mat, no fancy yoga pants, no sweat.
