Franklin Building reception desk repositioned for security, traffic flow

The work was done for improved staff safety and a better visitor service. The new vantage point provides security personnel a clear line of sight to both the turnstiles and elevators as they check in visitors. It also opens up space along the north wall to improve traffic flow. Read more.
