Estate planning attorney Sara Diamond will hold a free brown-bag session at 12 p.m. on May 18 in Franklin, Room 9204 on how to protect yourself legally as you age. Topics will include the need for power of attorney and advance health care directive documents, and the basics of wills, trusts, trust administration and probate avoidance.
