Important tax updates: W-2s and IRS form 1095
Tax season is right around the corner, and we have some updates for you!
2021 W-2 forms are now available. To access yours, log into UCPath Online, then select Employee Actions > Income and Taxes > View Online W-2/W-2C. If you requested a printed W-2, it will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2022. Read more about W-2 forms.
If you have an active UC health plan, you’ll receive a paper copy of your 1095 form — verifying your health coverage — via postal mail in the next few weeks. (Electronic copies are not available.) Learn more about 1095 forms.
Important security reminder: UC does not send any tax documents by email or text. If you receive an email or text with a link or an attachment for viewing your tax documents, it is a phishing scam designed to gain your private information. Do not open attachments or click email links that claim to provide access to your tax documents.
