All UCOP staff is invited to celebrate the Year of the Dog with a festive potluck and a special speaker at the Asian Pacific Islander Staff Association’s (APISA) annual potluck.  \nLearn how mindfulness can reduce stress in the workplace and in your daily life. Speaker Michele Ku is a longtime mindfulness teacher at Kaiser Oakland and the East Bay Meditation Center. \n\nPlease bring a dish to share (enough for six to eight people). \n\nQuestions?
