Collaborating Productively in Hybrid Meetings

This hybrid workshop features techniques to equip anyone leading hybrid meetings with the right preparation and processes to run meetings smoothly, increase participation and engagement, and include all voices, whether they’re joining in-person or virtually. Objectives of the course are:

• Addressing the biggest challenges meeting facilitators and participants face in a hybrid format
• Understanding how to prepare, lead, and follow up on hybrid meetings
• Learning processes for engaging hybrid meeting participants in productive brainstorming and decision-making
