SUMMARY:Creating an Inclusive Culture: Intergenerational Collaborative Work Teams
DESCRIPTION:In today’s workforce there are 5 generations that work alongside each other. Each generation\, from youngest to oldest\, spans 83 years\, and includes values\, assets\, and viewpoints that enhance organizations\, and enrich culture. While there is great benefit to organizations that experience this diversity\, this array of experiences and talent can also create its challenges. This workshop is designed to define and understand culture within teams\, identify the invisible strengths of each generation and how they contribute to the team dynamic\, identify silent team “killers”\, and develop methods to shape a diverse\, and inclusive team grounded in equity.
