SUMMARY:Heartsaver CPR AED course
DESCRIPTION:The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver® training is a classroom\, instructor-led course in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and using the automated external defibrillator (AED). \nThose who successfully complete this session will receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver®  CPR AED Course Completion Card valid for two years. \nRegistration is open to those interested in becoming certified or in recertifying. Every student will have hands-on skills practice with a mannequin and receive feedback from the instructor. \nRegister through the UC Learning Center (UCLC): \n\nLog in with your UCOP user name and password.\nSearch for the class title “CPR” or “AED.”\nClick REGISTER next to the class\, then SUBMIT.\n\nUCLC will be offline July 28-Aug 9. To enroll during that time\, or for questions about this course\, contact Shaudreya Waterman at 510-987-9827 or shaudreya.waterman@ucop.edu.
