In line with a central theme of the Berkeley Culture Initiative’s third annual Culture Conference – Addressing Systemic Racism and Fostering Inclusion Through Organizational Culture – UC Berkeley Professors Jennifer Chatman and Sameer Srivastava will moderate a discussion with UC President Michael Drake on developing strategies to cultivate a culture of inclusion and equity, drawing from Drake’s extensive career in higher education implementing innovative solutions to improve university diversity and access. Click here to learn more about President Drake’s background and experience.
