DESCRIPTION:Starting a new job or new location can be daunting. The UCOP New Employee Orientation is designed to facilitate a smooth transition to the organization. Topics include: \n\nUniversity of California and our history\nOverview of UCOP and the organization\nTools and Resources\n\nAll UCOP employees are encouraged to attend a session as soon as possible following their date of hire. \nNote: Eligible employees must sign up for health insurance and disability benefits within their period of initial eligibility (PIE)\, which is thirty-one days from the date of eligibility for benefits\, regardless of when they attend the orientation session. \nRegister in the UC Learning Center \nQuestions?
