DESCRIPTION:The People Leaders Forum is a monthly opportunity for people managers to connect with one another to develop leadership skills\, build community\, share best practices\, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support themselves and their teams.\nThe upcoming People Leaders Forum in May is in partnership with PACSW. We will focus on the “Caregiver Toolkit” that was developed by PACSW to better support colleagues during the COVID-19 pandemic. Managers will learn how to support their staff through open dialogue and flexibility. Learn more about PACSW’s work to support employees and access resources. \nPlease note: UCPath managers and supervisors are welcome to attend the UCOP forums in addition to\, but not instead of\, the UCPath forums. \n
