DESCRIPTION:Employees at UCOP in Oakland and UCPath Center in Riverside are invited to the 10th annual UC Walks — a celebration of UC’s commitment to health\, wellbeing and community. \nUC Walks in Oakland\nJoin us in Lakeside Park at 11 a.m. for warm-up stretches\, games and snacks. To find UCOP’s meeting place\, take Grand Ave. to Bellevue Ave.\, turn right into the park and follow the signs. Every participant will receive a free UC Walks t-shirt\, and UC’s health plan vendors will be on hand with giveaways and information. \nAt noon\, we’ll walk along the lake to the pergola and back\, then relax afterwards while raffle tickets are drawn. Walks begin at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. \nIn honor of the 10th annual UC Walks\, this year’s event will feature ten fun stations\, including hula hoops\, dancing and the #UCWalks selfie station.
