Agile project management techniques designed to support highly iterative software development projects is not the focus of this series\, and professionals seeking highly iterative agile project management techniques will also find practical value in the content of this series. \nSession 1 Objectives \n\nReview and reflect on the project management foundations series\nLearn techniques to lead a thriving project team\nLearn how to establish a project’s priorities\nBuild skills and learn a process to manage project change control\n\nSession 2 Objectives \n\nLearn how to assess and manage project complexity\nLearn techniques to lead a thriving project team\nLearn how to practice a methodology to identify\, prioritize\, plan and manage project risks\nLearn tools and techniques for planning and managing project quality\n\nSession 3 Objectives \n\nExplore a framework for anticipating and managing the organizational change of implementing a project\nBuild skills in activating leaders to champion your project\nLearn how to build a project communication plan and effectively engage project stakeholders throughout a project\n\nPrerequisite: Completion of Project Management 1\, or previous PM experience\n*This is a 3 part course and it is highly recommended that you attend each session as materials and curriculum will build on the prior sessions work.
