DESCRIPTION:Register via Zoom to attend \nRescheduled & Updated: The OP Staff Assembly (OPSA) is hosting a UCOP Staff Listening Session on Balance & Engagement in Your Work. Using a simple method that incorporates a 3Practice Circles approach\, this session is an inclusive space where UCOP employees come together to listen\, share and connect as a community\, engaging in conversation within 3 practices: Listen with your whole self\, Be curious and ask questions\, Share from your own experience. \nA 3Practice Circles session is not a problem-solving or decision-making forum. It’s an opportunity to reflect on shared experiences and strengthen understanding and community across UCOP. It is a safe space for clarity and understanding—with no obligation to agree—and a place to exercise your listening and communication skills while practicing empathy and learning more about each other.
