DESCRIPTION:Manager and Employee Conversations Part 2: Feedback for Employee Accountability is part 2 or a 2 part required series for managers. \nThis course helps managers transition from a coaching stance to a more directive approach when performance expectations are not being met. \nWe answer the question: What do I do when my coaching is not improving performance? In this virtual\, live\, and highly interactive workshop\, we will cover: providing productive critical feedback\, managing emotions\, creating efficient documentation\, and holding effective accountability conversations. \nBuilding on the GROW model introduced in Part 1\, managers learn the GROW Plus framework\, which supports clear\, structured accountability conversations when previous feedback and coaching have not resulted in sustained improvement. \nParticipants will learn how to: \n\nRecognize when it is time to shift from coaching and development to accountability conversations\nPrepare for conversations using documentation and performance patterns\nCommunicate expectations clearly while maintaining professionalism and respect\nNavigate emotional responses and keep discussions focused\nIdentify next steps and available resources for ongoing performance management\n\nThis course was previously offered as “GROW Plus: Accountability Conversations.” If you have already completed the earlier version\, you do not need to take the course again. DESCRIPTION:Building off the Creating Accessible Documents 1: MS Office training\, Accessible PDF Documents offers a deep dive into using Adobe Acrobat Pro to manipulate\, tag\, and test PDF documents for accessibility. We will cover tagging documents from scratch\, what common accessibility errors are\, tables\, and building accessible PDF forms. In order to fully participate in this class\, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed (not just Acrobat Reader). \nAttendance is required for both sessions\, June 16th and July 22nd\, 1 – 2:30pm

This is part 1 of a 2 part required series on manager and employee conversations. \nIn this interactive session\, managers learn how to structure employee conversations using the GROW framework—a practical model that helps guide collaborative\, coaching-focused discussions during 1-1s and check-ins.The framework breaks down the conversation into 4 parts: Goal\, Reality\, Options\, & Will: \n\nDetermine Goal\nDiscuss Current Reality\nDiscuss Options\nDetermine the Will\n\nThis course was previously offered as “GROWing Your Check-in Conversations.” If you have already completed that course\, you do not need to retake it under the new name. However\, you are welcome to attend again to refresh your skills and gain additional practice with the framework. \nAttendance is required for both sessions\, July 24th and August 25th\, 10am – 12pm and 9:30am – 12pm
