SUMMARY:Information session: Becoming an EBCF mentor

Well\, now is the time — you are needed! \nPresident Napolitano has designated UCOP as a partner of Oakland Promise\, an initiative to triple the number of Oakland youth that graduate from college within the next 10 years. The East Bay College Fund (EBCF)\, the lead agency in the Oakland Promise\, is a community-based non-profit that provides mentorship\, college scholarships\, college access and persistence services to first generation college students from Oakland public schools. \nThis year\, EBCF hopes to match 300 dedicated new mentors with four-year scholarship recipients. You could become one of them. \nTo learn what being a mentor means\, come to this information session. \nTo RSVP or if you have any questions\, please contact Jill Butler at jill.butler@ucop.edu or 510-987-0625.

Therefore individuals in the business units need the knowledge to administer team sites. This workshop focuses on the primary skills necessary for site administration such as permissions\, site and list creation\, page editing and navigation.
