This interactive session provides managers with the opportunity to discuss and practice using the GROW framework as a strategy and tool to support engaging STEP check-in conversations. \nThe framework breaks down the conversation into 4 parts: Goal\, Reality\, Options\, & Will: \n\nDetermine Goal\nDiscuss Current Reality\nDiscuss Options\nDetermine the Will\n\nIn this session\, participants will discuss the framework and how to incorporate it into their STEP check-ins. Participants will have an opportunity to practice and get peer feedback on using the coaching framework.
