UCOP volunteer event: Serve Thanksgiving dinner
Join your UCOP colleagues and get into the season of giving by volunteering to be on the wait staff of the City of Oakland’s 25th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for low-income families, seniors and the homeless on Tuesday, Nov. 22. You can also help by donating warm coats, which will be passed out to dinner guests. UC-CORO Systemwide Leadership Collaborative Graduation and Project Presentation The UC–CORO Systemwide Leadership Collaborative is offered to 40–45 administrators from UC campuses who form a Northern California cohort and a Southern California cohort. The program includes campus explorations where participants interview campus leaders and have the opportunity to visit and learn about the institution. UCOP's IT department will be sponsoring a booth at this event again this year and needs staff who can volunteer for short shifts of 30-45 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on the day of the event.
