Title: Associate Director of UC Undergraduate Admissions, Articulation, and Eligibility

How long I’ve been with UCOP:August 2008, although I was at UCSB before.
What I do for OP in five words or less: Ensure equitable access to UC
The best part about working for OP: The work that we all do and getting to see first hand the impact that we have on the lives of so many California families.
Something you don’t know about me:
I’m a USA Track and Field Masters competitor and represented the US team in Italy in 2007 in the 110 and 400 meter hurdles.

One weird fact about the town I grew up in: While I was born in Los Angeles, I spent most of my early childhood in Beaumont, Texas the home of Spindletop Hill, In 1901 Spindletop was the largest gusher the world had seen and catapulted Beaumont into one of the United States’ first oil-fueled boomtowns.
If I could have any job in the world (besides the one I have now), I would be: The Chair of a major global foundation, providing funding to innovative solutions to enhance the human experience.
