To request a Link article, please contact link@ucop.edu with the following information:

• Event title​
• Event date and time
• Event location (including Zoom link, if virtual)​​
• Description of the event​
• Speaker bios, if any​
• RSVP information, if any (including deadline and how to register)​
• Contact person/people for questions

We recommend a maximum article length of 350 words (excluding speaker bios).

Link is sent every Tuesday. Submissions are due by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before you would like the article to run.
