Sleep: How it works, what it does and how to get enough

Learn about the impact of sleep and sleep deprivation not only on you, but on all of our society.

Professor Ying-Hui Fu is a Neurology and Neuroscience professor at UCSF whose research explores the genetic bases for sleep patterns as well as the major effects those patterns and their disruptions have on individuals as well as the larger community.
