STEP Checkpoints Training for Managers (Optional)

In this instructor led training for managers on the new Staff Talent Evaluation Process (STEP), we will expand on the materials presented in the required 4 ecourses on Checkpoints. Participants will discuss and practice responding in eperformance, giving feedback, and engaging in a two way dialogue with your employee around your performance. This course covers material for employees and managers.
