Speaker Ruben E. Canedo is the Research and Mobilization Coordinator at UC Berkeley. He is engaged in addressing college student food access and security at all 10 UC campuses. Tim Galarneau is the Community-Engaged Education Coordinator at UC Santa Cruz, where he oversees student education and engagement in agrifood issues. Both presenters are co-chairs of the UC Global Food Initiative (GFI) Food Access and Security Subcommittee.
