HR Learning and Development offers two classes this week, including the final session of Conducting Performance Appraisals and Intermediate PowerPoint.
Conducting Performance Appraisals, Aug. 22
If you are a UCOP manager or supervisor and have not yet taken the class in Conducting Performance Appraisals, you have one more opportunity on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in 12322 Franklin.
The class is strongly encouraged for anyone at UCOP in a managerial or supervisorial role. It provides tools for maximizing the performance appraisal process, including clearly communicating about past performance, assessing job satisfaction and making plans for future performance and development.
