The April issue of the BRC Event Services Group (ESG) newsletter is now available, featuring tips and updates, such as the top reasons to use ESG services and how to access and complete their event request forms.

The newsletter features news of these staff changes in the four-person ESG team:

• Congratulations to Barbara Heilmann for her promotion to event supervisor.
• Congratulations also to Lorelyn Padojino for her promotion to senior event planner.
• Welcome new Senior Event Planners Berni Fitzsimmons and Paul Lechner.

Also featured are tips for booking UCOP conference rooms, especially Lobby 1 (book as early as possible, and provide details via iRequest for Lobby 1 setups three to five days in advance of your event), and tips for healthy eating during an event.
