Time is running out for deals on Cal Bears baseball

Enjoy Cal Bears baseball under the lights, with special package deals on selected Friday and Saturday night games coming up in May and group tickets to any home game.

UC Berkeley’s Evans Diamond is now equipped with lights, and the Cal Bears played their first ever night game on March 28. The Bears met USC (losing 4–3) before a capacity crowd of 2,200, the largest in 121 years of Cal baseball history.

You can join the Bears for two upcoming night games and get a deal on the Pepsi Grand Slam Pack, at $50 each ($44 plus $6 fee, available only in packets of four), which includes four tickets, four hotdogs and four sodas, for these games:

  • Saturday, May 11, 7 p.m. vs. Arizona State
  • Saturday, May 18, 6 p.m. vs. Stanford

Group tickets are also available for any home game this season at $5 per person, with a minimum purchase of 10 tickets. Check the schedule of remaining games on the California Golden Bears website.

For more details or to purchase tickets, contact Brian Lauer, ticket sales specialist, at or 510-642-2677. Or visit the Cal Athletics Ticket Office in Haas Pavilion on the Berkeley campus.
