This fun and engaging workshop will help you learn new ways to approach your work that will empower you to work not harder, but smarter. It provides breakthrough techniques for managing your time and priorities as well as organizing your to-do lists, email and documents. Enroll now through the UCOP Learning Center.

Goals include:

  • Learn to better manage interruptions and stay focused while still being responsive to the needs of your team members.

The class is facilitated by Pierre Khawand, who founded People on the Go in 2000 to help business professionals effectively manage the use of email, office applications and other technologies that have sped up the pace of the contemporary workplace.

The workshop features segments on establishing daily goals, creating an email management system and using such tools as action plans to improve workflow. Also included are individual and team exercises, collaboration best practices and techniques for managing interruptions and stress.
