Nearly 100 people got their “passports” stamped and entered the raffle, and a dozen won $15 gift cards.

The Franklin fifth-floor patio was decked out to greet the nearly 700 employees who came for the staff appreciation event.

Taco Tuesday took over the Franklin patio as nearly 700 people enjoyed the tacos, churros and Italian ice at the staff appreciation event. They may have come for the food, but they stayed to visit with colleagues and learn more about UCOP staff affinity groups.
Staff groups passed out candy, stamped raffle tickets and talked about what they do. The following groups participated:
- Asian and Pacific Islanders Staff Association
- Black Staff and Faculty Organization
- Crafts Group
- Efficiency Review Committee
- Lakeside Toastmasters
- Latino Staff Association
- President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women
- Project Management Interest Group
- UCOP Pride
- UCOP Staff Assembly
The raffle winners of the $15 gift cards were: K. Wong, A. Campbell, M. Fraysse, M. Wong, K. Kirkpatrick, D. Hussary, L. Zantall, B. Farrar, S. Leto, D. Poon, P. Forde and F. Guewell.
