The Business Resource Center’s March clinic on UC’s travel and entertainment expense policies and reimbursement process will cover two topics: conference registration and business purpose for travel.
Date: March 21
Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Location: Franklin 9204
If you’re unable to attend in person, you can dial in as follows:
ReadyTalk dial-in: 1-866-740-1260

The conference registration portion will focus on the various ways of paying for a conference and how it is different from paying for a training. The remaining part of the clinic will cover what must be included for a complete business purpose, and when a specific expense needs its own business purpose.
The hour-long interactive session will be facilitated by Mark Lozano, travel and entertainment team lead in the BRC, and his team. Express users, proxies, travelers and reviewers are welcome.
The schedule of upcoming clinics is as follows:
April 18: Odds and Ends: A little bit of lots of things
