It’s an easy-to-use solution for staff who promote UC programs and organize UC events.

Can items in the portals be personalized?
Business cards and stationery can be personalized; department logos can be added to certain promotional items.
Who can place orders through the UC Stationery and Promotional Items Portals?
Each UCOP division has designated two official buyers (a primary and a back-up) who will place orders for its staff. All employees are free to view available items, but all orders must be placed through your division’s buyer and must be for approved business needs. If you’re not sure who your buyer is, please ask your supervisor.
Are items available to purchase for personal use?
Yes — but through a different site. Visit the UC Store to order UC T-shirts, bags, tumblers, buttons or lapel pins for personal use.
