Join BSFO and friends for holiday volunteer events

The Black Staff and Faculty Organization (BSFO) has been working to expand its network within UCOP and local community organizations.

BSFO members are currently partnering with other UCOP employee resource groups to volunteer at the Alameda County Community Food Bank. All colleagues are invited to attend to help sort fresh produce and prepare emergency food boxes at the Oakland warehouse!

Helpful details

  • Volunteers are asked to register for a specific date and timeframe (use links above)
  • Parking is available on-site at 7900 Edgewater Drive, Oakland, CA 94621
  • Volunteers are required to wear face masks and should bring their own
  • Volunteers will be required to show proof of 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccinations
