New Employee Orientation (Virtual)

Starting a new job or new location can be daunting. The UCOP New Employee Orientation is designed to facilitate a smooth transition to the organization. Topics include:

• University of California and our history
• Overview of UCOP and the organization
• Tools and Resources

All UCOP employees are encouraged to attend a session as soon as possible following their date of hire.

Note: Eligible employees must sign up for health insurance and disability benefits within their period of initial eligibility (PIE), which is thirty-one days from the date of eligibility for benefits, regardless of when they attend the orientation session.
