It’s “End-of-Year” celebration time! Thinking about hosting a department gathering or a morale event to show appreciation and acknowledge achievements? Please join us for our next and last “Travel Talk Tuesday” Travel Clinic of the year where the focus will be on the do’s and don’ts of both morale building events and end-of-year celebrations. The session will include a PowerPoint presentation & live demonstration that will cover the following:

• Morale events allowed per calendar year
• Resources and policies outlining caps and limitations
• Live demos:
  • Event Request – Seeking payment through the BRC
  • Expense Report – Processing charges post event paid with departmental card/personal funds to include the following:
    • Detailed purpose of the event
    • Appropriate expense types
    • Required documentation and approvals
