Process Mapping: UCOP Operational Excellence Community of Practice Meeting

We’ll connect with peers, learn process mapping basics,  and see a demo of the Nintex Process Manager. Then, we’ll hear a short case study presentation and open up to discuss how participants might apply these tools in their work.

This interactive session will bring colleagues across UCOP to connect, share insights, and build a strong network of process improvement champions.

All are invited to attend a no-host lunch after the meeting at Bocca Nova, 1111 Broadway.
