Travel Talk Tuesday Blanket Requests

Blanket Requests can be created in Concur for a group of non-UCOP employee travelers when there are three or more travelers attending the same event. Creating a Blanket Request saves time and keeps expenses all in one place which is helpful for processing and tracking purposes. Please join us for our next “Travel Talk Tuesday” as we will be covering the following:
- When/How to create a Blanket Request
- How to request a non-employee vendor number
- Working directly with the UC Travel Center for group direct bill airfare
- Requesting group direct bill hotel
- How to reconcile expense reports post travel through the BRC T&E team
